New Online Customer Portal

  • A new and improved online portal is now available to service your renewing workers compensation insurance policy from Preferred.

Here's what you need to know:

 

1. How to Log In

  1. Visit www.peiwc.com and select ‘Log In’ in the top right corner of the page.
    1. Select ‘Policy Begins with PEG’ from the drop-down menu.
  2. Log in with your username and password. Use your same login credentials as the existing portal to sign in.
    1. If you do not have an account yet, fill out this form and our team will register you.  
    2. If you need assistance with your password or with account creation, please call our team at 888-472-9001. 

 

2. Billing Updates

  1. We are currently transitioning all policies onto the new system. Thank you for your patience as some policies may still be in the old system until the transition is complete.
  2. If you need to make a payment on your renewal policy (policy number beginning with PEG) please continue to the new portal.
  3. If you need to make payment on your expiring policy (policy number not beginning with PEG), please log in to Biller Direct.
  4. Payments on renewing policies will no longer be made in Biller Direct. Please update your bookmarks to the new portal URL: https://app.peiwc.com

 

3. Due Dates

  1. Your first payment will be due on the effective date of your policy.

 

4. Policy Number Changes

  1. All policies will now begin with prefix  'PEG', and will not change term to term. 

 

5. Auto Pay Customers

  1. Auto Pay customers must re-enroll in Auto Pay in our new online portal at https://app.peiwc.com
